How can we help?

Short guides, answers to common questions and a way to reach us. Email support@walletpro.ai any time; we aim to reply within two working days, in English or Arabic.

Getting started

  1. Create an account with your email address.
  2. Enter your monthly income, how much you want to save, your currency and the day your month starts (usually payday).
  3. Pick your envelopes. The app suggests a set, and you can rename, add or remove them.
  4. Tap the plus button and add your first payment.

Adding a payment

Tap the plus button, then type, speak or scan. AI fills in the title, amount, date and envelope. Check the result and tap Save, or tap Edit details to change anything.

Things you can type or say

  • "coffee 20"
  • "rent 1200 yesterday"
  • "groceries 86.20 at Carrefour"
  • "coffee 20 usd" (converted to your own currency)

Scanning a receipt

Tap the scan button and use the camera or pick a photo. Good light and a flat receipt give the best result. The receipt is read on your phone; the photo is not uploaded.

Repeating payments

On the Check & save screen, set Repeats to Weekly or Monthly and the payment is added to Upcoming.

Envelopes

  1. Open the Envelopes tab and tap New.
  2. Give the envelope a name, such as Groceries, and a monthly amount.
  3. Choose a colour and an icon.
  4. Each payment you file in the envelope reduces what is left in it for the month.

Upcoming and recurring payments

The Upcoming tab lists rent, bills, loans and subscriptions with their due date and the days left. Tap the tick when you have paid one. What is still due this month is already taken out of Safe to spend.

How the numbers work

  • Safe to spend = income − savings target − spent − recurring payments still due this month.
  • Saving = income − spent − recurring still due. It shows "on track" when it is at least your savings target.
  • Left in an envelope = its monthly amount − what you spent from it this month.

Troubleshooting

  • Voice does not work: allow Microphone and Speech Recognition for WalletPro AI in your phone's settings.
  • A receipt is not read correctly: use better light, hold the phone steady and keep the whole receipt in the frame. You can always correct the details before saving.
  • The wrong envelope was chosen: tap the envelope on the Check & save screen and pick another.
  • Payments do not appear: check your internet connection, then close and reopen the app.
  • Forgot your password: use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen.

Frequently asked questions

Is WalletPro AI available now?

It is in early access on iPhone through Apple's TestFlight, with a public App Store release to follow. An Android version is planned. Join the early-access list to get an invite.

How much does it cost?

The early-access version is free. Pricing for the public release has not been announced.

Do I need to connect my bank account?

No. WalletPro AI never asks for a bank login or card number. You add payments by typing, speaking or scanning a receipt.

Can I change the day my month starts?

Yes. In Settings, choose "Month starts on" and pick any day from the 1st to the 28th. Most people use the day they are paid.

Can I use more than one currency?

Your budget is in one currency. A payment in another currency is converted at the day's rate, and the original amount is kept next to it. 29 pegged currencies, such as AED, SAR and QAR against the US dollar, convert instantly and offline.

Can I share a budget with my partner?

Not yet. A shared account is the next feature in development.

What happens to my data?

Your budget is stored in your account so it stays in sync. Receipt photos are read on your phone and are not uploaded. Payment descriptions are sent to an AI model to be filed. We do not sell your data. See the privacy policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. This removes your account and your budget data. You can also email support and we will do it for you.
