The terms and conditions for using WalletPro AI.

Agreement overview

By downloading, installing or using WalletPro AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our mobile application and services.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and WalletPro AI ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using our application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

2. Description of service

WalletPro AI is a personal budgeting application that provides:

  • Payment entry: add a payment by typing, speaking or scanning a receipt. AI suggests the title, amount, date and envelope, and you confirm.
  • Envelope budgeting: a monthly amount per envelope and what is left in each.
  • Safe to spend: an estimate of what you can spend this month after your savings target and recurring payments.
  • Recurring payments: a list of what is due and when.
  • Currency conversion: payments in another currency are converted using public exchange rates or fixed pegs.
  • Sync and security: data stored in your account, with an optional biometric lock.

Features may change, and some may be added or removed, especially during early access.

3. Early access and pricing

  • WalletPro AI is currently offered as an early-access (test) version at no charge.
  • Early-access versions may contain errors and may change without notice.
  • Pricing for the public release has not been announced. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and you can choose whether to subscribe.
  • Any future purchases will be billed through your app store account and will be subject to that store's billing, cancellation and refund policies.

4. User responsibilities

Account security

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Enable the biometric lock when available.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
  • Use a strong, unique password.

Data accuracy

  • Check each payment before you save it. AI can misread text, speech and receipts.
  • Review your payments and budget regularly.
  • Report any discrepancies promptly.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use WalletPro AI for:

  • Any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
  • Violating any laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Sharing account access with unauthorised persons.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the application.
  • Uploading malicious content or viruses.
  • Commercial use without prior written consent.
  • Money laundering or other financial crimes.

6. Financial disclaimer

Important: not financial advice. WalletPro AI is a budgeting tool only. We do not provide financial, investment or tax advice. All figures and suggestions are for information. Consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.

  • All financial decisions remain your responsibility.
  • We are not liable for financial losses.
  • Figures such as Safe to spend are estimates based on what you entered.
  • Exchange rates are indicative and may differ from the rate your bank applies.
  • AI suggestions are based on patterns, not professional advice.

7. Data and privacy

  • Your data privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • Payment descriptions are processed by an AI model to file them for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Receipts are read on your device; the photo is not uploaded.
  • You retain ownership of your financial data.
  • You can delete your account in the app, and request a copy of your data from support.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletPro AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue.
  • Loss of data or information.
  • Business interruption.
  • Financial losses due to app usage.
  • Third-party service failures.

9. Intellectual property

  • WalletPro AI owns all intellectual property rights in the application.
  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app.
  • You may not copy, modify or distribute our software.
  • Content you enter remains your property.
  • Feedback provided to us may be used for improvement.

10. App store terms

Additional terms may apply based on your app store:

  • Apple App Store and TestFlight: subject to Apple's terms of service.
  • Google Play Store: subject to Google Play's terms of service.
  • Refunds and billing are handled by your app store.
  • App store policies take precedence for payment disputes.

11. Termination

By you

  • Delete your account in the app's settings.
  • Delete the app from your device.
  • Or ask support to delete your account.

By us

  • Violation of these Terms of Service.
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • 30-day notice for terminations that are not due to a violation.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the app and on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

  • Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
  • The current version date is shown at the top of this page.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
